Our Conditions

Minimum Credit : Fr 5'000.-
Swiss nationality, B or C permit (since min. 1 year)
L permit (since min. 1 year)
Work place: Switzerland
At least 3 months of steady employment
Net income per year: minimum Fr 36'000.-
No pending lawsuits
Under certain conditions, credits are granted to :
- frontier workers (since min. 1 year)
- international civil servants
- temporary employees and diplomats (since min.1 year)
- people benefiting from disability or old age pensions (the credit must be reimbursed by the age of 70)
- self-employed (since min.1 year)
It is illegal to grant a credit that can lead to the over-indebtedness of the beneficiary (legal prescription according to article 3 of the LCD)

Documents to be provided

Valid passport or I.D. (for couples, please also provide the spouse's I.D.)
Valid residence permit for non-Swiss residents (for couples, please also provide the spouse's residence permit)
If you provide a certified copy of your I.D., attested by the Swiss Post ("yellow" identification), these documents are not mandatory.
Three most recent pay slips (for couples, please also provide the spouse's pay slips)
Copies of all credit or leasing contracts in effect
For beneficiaries of old age or disability pensions, justification for the received pensions + a copy of the notice of decision of the pension fund or welfare institution, from which you receive a pension.
For self-employed workers, the last balance and operating account closing, revised and signed, the last tax notice received from the Fiscal Authorities of your canton of domiciliation, and a copy of your last tax return.
For frontier workers, passport or I.D., three most recent payslips, "G" work permit, employment contract or employment attestation, bank statement for your Swiss bank account for the last month with all transactions, bank statement for your French bank account for the last month with all transactions, "E.D.F." or "France Telecom" bills.
