Fidelis fully respects these conditions. Internet is a means of communication open to everyone, however Fidelis shall do everything in its power to protect its clients’ data and preserve their privacy. For this reason, all data shall be systematically encrypted before being transferred from the clients’ browser to the server of Fidelis’ website. The data is then sent by e-mail to our financial advisors, in order to provide a personalized service. Please note that data protection can not be guaranteed in case of the transmission of an insufficiently or non-encrypted e-mail.

As a Fidelis client and user of this website, I accept that Fidelis will occasionally send information about the company, its products and services to my postal and e-mail addresses. If I do not want my client information to be used for marketing purposes, I can at any time send a written refusal. Furthermore, I agree that my personal data be transferred and processed within Fidelis, but that it is not passed on to third parties (with the exception of trustees/authorized agents pursuant to article 47 of the banking law).

I confirm the accuracy of all data provided. I authorize Fidelis SA to ask for all information necessary for the processing of my request and the implementation of the contract by public administrations, the central for credit information (ZEK) as well as the center for information on consumer credits (IKO). I also authorize Fidelis to pass on such information to these administrations. Any data blockages I have requested from Fidelis shall be deemed withdrawn.
